We made 2 of each of these to total 12 meals! 12-15 meals is usually perfect for the month for our family of 3 because we usually end up eating out/take out once a week and then eat with friends or our community group a few nights a month as well! We also try to do leftovers once a week if possible!

Green Chile Pork Tacos
My review: These were delicious! So much better than I was expecting! We served them with whole grain tortillas with some homemade salsa, cheese, and a bit of sour cream!
My review: This was yummy! It's very similar to another recipe I make by the Pioneer Woman. It's def NOT a clean eating meal! More of a comfort food splurge meal. It came out great!
My review: We did NOT like these. The cinnamon in this recipe is VERY overpowering. I was able to "warn" a friend who did the meals with me and when she made them she added some balsamic vinegar to it and said it really helped! We did make some homemade feta dip that was a delicious sauce that we will make again!
My review: This is a regular for us and it's so simple! My husband is not a huge BBQ fan but I can't get enough of it! If you choose a healthy BBQ sauce, it's a pretty healthy meal for something fast/light!
